Nuffield Health gym in Covent Garden is located right in the heart of the action on Endell Street and offers modern facilities including a very popular gym, a luxurious adult-only swimming pool and a relaxation spa – ideal if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the streets of Covent Garden. The club is easy to find and is less than 1 minute walk from the Tube station nearby. 

 

 The gym is split over 2 floors and is conveniently split into sections. The weights section contains both free weights equipment (squat rack, benches, smith machine and dumbbells) along with extra olympic plates and barbells. Next to the free weights are a variety of resistance machines. The rest of the lower floor contains cardiovascular machines including treadmils, crosstrainers, step machines and bikes. A powerplate is also available to use.

 

 The upper floor is an area designated for stretching and functional exercises. Equipment includes kettlebells, metal dumbbells, mats and boxing pads. Seperate to the gym area there is a spin studio and extra studio which can be used between class times.

 

 Nuffield Health Covent Garden Fitness & Wellbeing Gym has changing rooms, showers and lockers and also has a tranquil swimming pool, steam room and sauna to wind down after your workout.
